At Martin Dentistry we wish to reward our VIP Patients that have thoughtfully referred their friends, co-workers, and family members to our office.  Please ask any of our friendly staff members for VIP Patient Referral Cards to give to anyone you wish and recieve rewards when they come in to the office for their visit!

As an existing patient of Martin Dentistry we will reward you for your referrals with a $50 credit toward your account as well as any of the following gifts as your referral cards are redeemed:

1 referral redeemed ($10.00 value gift - one of the following)
  • 2 lottery tickets
  • yogurt ticket
  • toothbrush kit
  • refrigerator magnet
  • McDonald’s certificate
  • Starbucks certificate.

2 referrals redeemed ($20.00 value gift - one of the following)
  • Lotto ticket
  • movie rental
  • movie tickets

3 referrals redeemed ($50.00 value gift - one of the following)
  • Dental discount
  • ticket to sports event
  • movie tickets
  • lunch

4 referrals redeemed ($75.00 value gift - one of the following)
  • Lunch or dinner for two
  • flower or cookie bouquet
  • gift certificate to favorite store
  • basket of goodies.

The new patient visiting our office will also receive a $50 credit toward their visit!

Business Card Drawing
Every 90 days, three cards are drawn from the fish bowl with prizes as follows:

1st Prize: Bed & Breakfast Get-Away at the               Whale Watch Inn
2nd Prize: $100.00 (Dinner for 2)
3rd Prize: $50.00 (Lunch for 2)

$50 Gift Certificate
At the end of each month, a $50 Gift Certificate will be given to one lucky    patient who had an appointment that   month!
