Implant dentist Douglas Martin, DDS and cosmetic dentist Dax Martin, DDS are both Delta Dental Premier Providers. In addition to Delta Dental, Martin Dentistry also accepts any insurance which allows you to choose your own dentist. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, contact Donna or Stasia at our office for verification.

For any balance not covered by your insurance, we offer the following methods for financing dental treatment:
